I've been reading blogs today, Ryn seems pretty cheerful, so I don't think she needs any head shrinking for now. Ruby... I know sometimes growing up can be tough. Things always change, except (you think) your friendships. But even those in time will fade. I had two close friends myself once, but drugs, time, and puberty got in the way of the way we used to be with each other. Now, sadly, there're no more ties to those people I used to so fondly call my friends. It's an evil sad thing, but it's the way the wheel of life rotates. It never flows in two directions, as you can never go back the way you came to change things. You can only go forward, but more importantly, the wheel never stops. Things go on, life goes on, and you meet new people. I met you, and I'm sure I'll meet other people as well, but I'm happy right now. Finding something that makes you happy from nothing, that's the key to life. Ruscie, I'm not totally sure what hurt you, and you're right; not thinking about it does help. However, it makes you numb, and soon the numbness turns bitter, and leaves an ugly taste in your mouth. I have no right to tell you what to do of course, your life is yours. But taking the bull by the horns is the best solution, if you've got the horns, it won't poke you with them. It could pin you against the wall, but it can't hurt you, and eventually you can save yourself. Man Ryn-chan's written quite a bit in her blog, I feel so ashamed, I haven't done anything to mine in a week *sob* oh well I can make up for it now. I GOT MY DVD's! YAAAAY Blue Submarine no. 6 box set, they so good, surround sound *drool*. I was thrown off the bed when I watched it, totally stupendously awesome. I ordered another one straight after, now I'm hooked on DVD's. I ordered Kizuna, hope dad doesn't ask to watch that one @@, but I was told that the story was pretty nice, plus the guys didn't look half bad on the cover *grin*. Anyhoo that should keep me entertained in the anime aspect of things. Kamiyu and I are reliving the wonderful times of our relationship, and I've finally regained some of my old bubbliness which I seem to have lost over the recent months. He was right, something had changed, and I only just now realized it. But I'm doing my best to change that, and I think little by little I'm getting better. On the RP front, well all I can say is the Mystic Academy is flourishing and doing very well, I'm so proud of all my writers. You hear that Ruby-chan and Ryn-chan? I'm proud of you girls! And everyone else on the RP too, they make me all misty eyed *sniffle*. and you gotta post wuvvle-chan *sets Kamiyu in front of the keyboard and holds a frying pan to his back* or else... In other RP news, Ryn's shed light on a fantastically destressing topic; the reopening of the old Byakko RP. Well all I can say to the owner of that list is: eat shit and die. You may have been earlier in creating your RP, but you weren't the first, and you're not the "best" either. Being the first doesn't neccessarily mean you're good, so far we haven't stopped in our RP, there may have been moments of slow grindiness, but everyone's putting in their share of work. And we have the best damn writers on our team, you'd be shit outta luck to find someone better. There I think that's sufficient ranting about that matter. In other areas of interest, I have started a new story entitled Druink (yes that's the right spelling). I won't say much about it but once I finish chapter one I plan to have it in Wyvern's Library on Elfwood. I'm also working hard at the other stories, bit by bit. Come the end of summer I'll hopefully have a chapter from each of them done. The meat has run out! I'm living on curry meat cubes! Well actually that's not true I'm living on chicken mostly, but chicken's good, no risk of cholesterol, just salmonella *.* On Tuesday, July 3, 2001 at 11:47 a.m. Nataruma stated the following: Pissy things have a tendency to happen... Well I was deleting stuff from my PC yesterday, and I was sure that there was nothing important in any of the folders, turns out that I wasn't thorough enough. Now my PC doesn't want to work, says some stuff about not being able to create sockets. Luckily all my old programs were still saved on my brother's pc, so now I'm using that instead to connect to the net. It's not that bad, but it is quite slow, I should get someone to do a complete wiping and reinstalling of everything on here. Good old Genbu-san *pets the PC* that's what he was dubbed as when he was previously mine. I just love this turtle *gets zapped by the PC*. I posted to the mailing list today, it was a refreshing experience after such a long time of dormancy. Perhaps now Ruscie will post, after he comes back from his lil trip. Ryn-chan's page is looking spiffy ^.^ I really like the liiiiines *.* plus we're working on a collaboration thingy together, she'll be CG'ing one of my inked drawings! So I go to the ration place this morning, to buy the ration stuff, and the guy asks "how many cartons of milk would you like? nine?" I just say "yeah, sure! Pile em on!" When I get home, I discover that dad only buys one at a time, figures... Well we have milk for a century now, it should keep us well-preserved. Well-preserved? I make it sound like we're frozen chickens, or something. I made up with Kamiyu regarding what happened last time, and I feel better now. I got my priorities knocked back into my head, thanks to my honey *blows a kiss to Kamiyu's blog*. I've redone the layout for Mugen Pink, it looks so spifferiffaly professional (please don't mind the naked elf). Which reminds me, I should be writing more. There's no time like the present time! I think I'll conclude Hiroto no Hakumei Chapter 2 soon, maybe with a visit from Isane? Who knows, mwahahaha! I started a group for the Murakami-Tennokata saga! As for Mystic Academy, my RP, I've been getting a lotta gothic types who wanna play. It's not really a good thing, considering that the RP is mainly supposed to be comedy. We're not saying that drama has no place there, naw of course not, Tima and I have a lot of drama planned. However, a lot of people are trying to make it into something it's not, but we knew the consequences when we started, and we'll try our best to keep our players in check! I went to Tima's last night to pass on some things to her like video tapes and a Genma plush since she's going to be leaving on vacation soon. Wah I'll be all alone in this big creepy house! Anyhoo we watched volume three of Outlaw Star and had a nice time. We also finally did a co post for the Seiryuu reincarnation RP, which I must post later on today, although I don't know if I was supposed to post it or not *scritchies head* I guess I have to ask her. I got home really late last night, at around 12:30 or so, and didn't get to bed til 2 am or thereabouts, I wonder what I was doing? Or um perhaps it shouldn't be mentioned *cough cough*. This morning I logged into yahoo groups since, oh centuries ago, and everything was seemingly slowly descending into chaos! But as the good, even-tempered, and fair administrator that I am *lightening strikes down in Nata-chan* ittaiii... OKok! As the crummy, grumpy, belligerent administrator that I am (THERE HAPPY?!) I let everyone know their place. I've also been working on the new wallpaper site, having moved it from digital avatar (damn people only give you 10 MB's worth of space) to angelfire. It's not THAT bad a place, plus they give you 50 MB, so there'll be plenty of space for the four dragons to upload their works. Oh uh yeah the dragon thing, well I made it in a way that it's like these four dragons are running the site. In other news I just read Blade of the Immortal, finished novels one and two and DAMN! There's so much info going on there my head's still spinning. Well I won't spoil, but did you know that the swastika was originally a symbol of peace and magical happenings? I think when reversed, as the Germans did, it becomes a sign of the sun or something. Just a random fascinating general knowledge fact for you folks to carry around with you. I must get my Berserk tapes back from my cousin, their absence from my video shelf is alarming me increasingly. I hope they still work, I hope no horrible substances have been spilt on them like... Well as the title suggests I went shopping yesterday morning. Tima and I went shopping together actually, and we had quite a wonderful time together! I got a new pair of shoes. We went into this wal-mart type stor, where they have everything from magnets to wind chimes. They sold shoes there too. My own were getting increasingly uncomfortable, so I decided to buy new ones! Well I tried a pair, bought em, and wore em for the rest of the day. I got me some CD's and all sorts of little knick knacks. Annnnnyways, after that we came home, kicked back and watched some Kare Kano and Outlaw Star. It was really nice, we didn't have a care in the world. But of course my internet provider was insisting on being gay that day. Well I can't really blame the internet company, even if they are two screws short of a nut... Or was that two nuts short of a screw? Anyways, they cut me off, despite my bill being paid. Needless to say I raised hell, printed bank statements, and gave them hell again. It was all good in the end, turned out that the bank took about two weeks to actually transfer the money from the bank account to the Qualitynet accounts dept. So that was yesterday. Today I logged onto the net and did a few things here and there while online, working on a new project and all. When I was done with that it was time to go to Tima's for a gathering. When I got there I learned that the other girls weren't coming due to cases of the flu (our prayers are with you girls!). We had a nice time together though as best friends naturally do! Alas it wasn't to last. I get home, get online again, and find out that my boyfriend had a run in with his brother and is now staying at his friend's house. To top it off I somehow triggered his angry bone and now he's pissed off at me *sigh* it figures... Well good things tend to turn sour don't they? But I shall overcome it sometime soon, a tub of Baskin Robbins helps, along with a maxi sized crisp bag. *Goes to raid the fridge*. Why is it, that when you try to make things work out for some people, others will jump at your throat? And then when you try to appease those people, they tell you that you're full of crud. Well I have come to the conclusion, that some people are just too thick to understand that everyone is different. There's also a fair amount of dung flying around Elfwood lately. Is it just me, or do some people have serious issues about nudity and nude drawings? It seems every other scantily clad production is receiving scorchy comments about how disgusting their creators must be. Well I have news for thee people, nudity is nothing to be ashamed of, and if you can represent it fairly well without seeming too vulgar, then why the hell not?! I got some distressing news today: my boyfriend's having problems at home, and it seems that in a month's time we won't be able to see each other online. *Sniffle* send all consolation e-mails and gift certificates to nataruma@yahoo.co.uk, snyde remarks not welcome. On top of those crappy things, my family's leaving for vacation tonight. Lucky sods. Not that I didn't want to stay behind, I just find it kind of creepy in this huge house all alone, in the dark, without comfort... Ok I'm officially freaked now! CALL 911!!! My sites are suffering extreme damage since my website regression disease struck. Mayhap it's from my recent addiction to replaying my RPG's, or it could be my busy Yahoo Groups schedule. No matter, I suppose I'll have to pull my socks up and do something about it soon. I downloaded the Atlantis trailer from the Disney site and it looks to me like it'll be a promising feature. Again something I won't be in Europe to enjoy, alas it is my fate. My life is really sucking right now, not as much as my boyfriend's, but really sucking nonetheless.
